Medserv is the major enterprise dealing with DNS analysis, diagnosis, and genetic virus identification. We were asked to build a secure system to handle all the sensitive data of patients and diagnoses, as well as a system capable of processing and reporting data from and to the National Health Insurance Fund of Hungary, the government organization responsible for our country’s health funds. The massive relational database driving all the communication between Medserv’s management, medical personnel, patients and government agencies has been handling tables with millions of rows, and is used to generate a various number of formats to export to, including Excel, CSV, and simple text. The system itself is made to be powerful, fast and and reliable.
While our designers got a break after completing the initial designs for this project, backend and SQL gurus have been working double shifts to present the system that ultimately makes people healthy in the end.
